We will listen, help and provide you with a totally amazing and unforgettable wedding day. We will provide you with the best of the best service and not stop until it is perfect! Offering on the day coordination in most of our packages, we will liaise with your venue and remain on site, or return after your ceremony to relocate and reuse items.

Tina and her team were just wonderful at our wedding. The room for our wedding breakfast and service looked absolutely stunning. The chairs complimented our theme and added a really nice classic touch to the room decoration!

We hired a flower arch from this company for our wedding and it was stunning!! The set up was quick and efficient by the team and we had the arch for the whole day and night! It made a perfect back drop for photos and just made our venue look complete! Team were very friendly and helpful (at all stages booking and on the day) Would 100% reccomend! :)

Breathtakingly beautiful! I am still absolutely in awe of how beautiful our wedding venue looked thanks to Tina and her team. I had a vision in my head as to what it could look like, but I was genuinely in true shock as to just how incredible everywhere looked! It was everything I had dreamt of and more! Louise Victoria Wedding & Event hire are incredible! My partner and I brought our wedding forward by 18 months and down sized our venue at last minute which Louise transformed into a beautiful, elegant and pretty reception that I could only dream of! Nothing was too much for Louise either and even though we had to change guest numbers a couple of times this was easily accommodated with no fuss. This helped the process become a little more stress free!
The decorations are beautiful and of such a high standard! We were always able to contact Louise when we needed to and had replies quickly.
The package choices are fab and cater to all and such a good price! I trusted Louise to design our wedding reception function room how she would like and my it didn’t disappoint! I can not tell you how many compliments we got from our guests at how beautiful the decorations were! We had the 4ft light up love letters which looked amazing and not to forget the post box! Such a great touch. The flower balls were talk of the town too and a great centre piece if you want big but to be able to see your guests all around the table!
Honestly beautiful and I will keep recommending to everyone I meet!
